As the National Client Services Manager of Intake, Onboarding and Plan Management in our Client Services team you’ll:
Lead and support teams in managing the full client lifecycle, including intake, onboarding, plan management, and offboarding;
- Sound planning, time management, organisational and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work autonomously.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
