Full Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Aftermarket Sales Representative to grow service and parts sales across an assigned territory. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into long‑term partnerships.

If you enjoy autonomy, variety, and working with customers who rely on your technical and commercial expertise, this role offers genuine career growth with an established industry leader in material handling.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

Grow service and parts revenue across your territory
Win new business through lead follow‑up, cold calls, and site visits
Sell Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMPs)
Secure repair and service work across core and non‑core products
Upsell repairs, rentals, batteries, and training solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline

What we’re looking for:

Sales experience in industrial, capital equipment, or similar environments
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Organised, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused
CRM and Microsoft Office experience
Certificate III in Business Administration or Management (preferred).
