About The Role:

No Bike Expertise Required! We provide full on-the-job training with access to our Bicycle Academy program, plus ongoing career development opportunities through our in-house Leadership Academy.
Precision & Quality - Take a hands-on role building, servicing, and repairing bikes to a high standard of safety and quality. You'll master the workshop booking system and keep our customers informed and happy every step of the way.
Technical Support & Customer Service - Serve as the workshop champion, assisting customers with technical enquiries and supporting the retail team by recommending the perfect products and services for every rider.
