In the role of Consultant, Crime & Integrity Investigations, you will play a critical role in leading complex investigations that protect NAB, our customers and the community from financial crime, fraud and misconduct.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Lead complex, sensitive and protracted investigations across fraud, financial crime and serious misconduct matters.
Apply contemporary investigative methodologies to plan, conduct and deliver high-quality investigation outcomes.
Prepare and present clear, evidence-based reports to support decision-making, consequence management and control remediation.
Conduct investigative interviews using the PEACE model and develop robust evidence and allegation frameworks.
Engage with stakeholders, senior leaders, regulators and law enforcement to support investigation and prosecution outcomes.
Manage competing priorities, ensuring investigations are delivered within expected timeframes and quality standards.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior investigators and contribute to uplift in investigative capability.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Strong experience conducting complex investigations in financial crime, fraud, legal or regulatory environments.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end investigations and apply structured investigative methodologies.
Experience preparing high-quality reports and briefs of evidence for senior stakeholders or external bodies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across business units and with external agencies.
Experience conducting investigative interviews (PEACE model preferred).
Understanding of financial crime, fraud, misconduct and regulatory frameworks.
Relevant investigations qualifications (e.g. Cert IV Investigations, CFE, AGIS, Diploma or Detective designation) desirable.
