Automotive Dismantler – Experienced Only (Melbourne)

This role is NOT entry-level.
Do not apply unless you have:
- Previous automotive dismantling experience, OR
- Strong mechanical experience (mechanic, apprentice, workshop, heavy vehicle, etc.)
If you have no hands-on mechanical background, your application will not be considered.
About the Role
This is high-output, physically demanding work in a fast-paced yard.
You will:
- Be on your feet all day
- Lift heavy components
- Work with tools continuously
- Get dirty
- Be expected to improve week-on-week
This is a production environment, not a casual workshop.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily dismantling of vehicles, including:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Suspension systems
- Panels & body parts
- Interior components
You must be confident using power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Requirements (Strict)
- ✔ Dismantling experience preferred
- ✔ OR solid mechanical experience (required minimum)
- ✔ Confident with tools
- ✔ Physically fit
- ✔ Reliable transport
- ✔ Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
Trial Period
All successful applicants will complete a short paid trial to confirm suitability.
