The Opportunity

At Monash University, our University Marketing, Admissions and Communications (UMAC) Division is driven by impact. We don’t just follow trends - we set them. We’re seeking a visionary Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to lead the charge in shaping and executing content strategies that elevate Monash’s brand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results. Reporting to the Director, Content, Strategy, Design and Delivery, you’ll lead a talented team of content coordinators and collaborate across UMAC, faculties, and portfolios to ensure our content is purposeful, data-informed, and aligned with strategic priorities.

This is your chance to play a key role in operationalising Monash’s brand new Content Lab. You’ll help establish the workflows, governance, and systems that enable scalable, efficient, and high-quality content creation and distribution across the University.
