Full Job Description

Trinity College Colac is seeking applications for the Position of Leadership (POL) - Director of Learning and Teaching, commencing in 2027 for the 2027-2029 POL cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead within a new Position of Leadership structure and strategic plan cycle where you will lead the College's vision for learning through evidence-informed curriculum, pedagogy and instructional best-practice.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

a thorough knowledge of secondary curriculum requirements and standards; assessment and reporting frameworks; senior secondary pathways and certification requirements; and curriculum design, review, and evaluation
experience leading curriculum initiatives, whole-school improvement projects and strategic priorities
experience coaching and mentoring teachers
experience leading accreditation, compliance, or school review processes
