About the Role
Are you a Graduate Teacher looking for a teaching position for 2027 and beyond, or an experienced teacher considering a change of school? The position of Full-time Classroom Teacher at Our Lady Help of Christians will commence at the beginning of term 1 2027. We are looking for a dedicated, committed teacher to join our school. The current position is for a Grade 5 teacher, however, this may change dependent on the successful candidate.

- To provide students with a rich and engaging educational experience;
- Ensure the delivery of curriculum that reaches and engages students with a diverse range of educational abilities and backgrounds;

Key Selection Criteria-
- Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
- A current accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate or a willingness to obtain;
- Demonstrated high- level knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning;
- Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment;
- Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.
