Full Job Description

Lead a high-performing landscape maintenance team with one of Australia's award-winning landscaping companies.

LD Total is a multi-award-winning landscape company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages.

With teams across WA, VIC, SA and QLD, we continue to grow through our strong reputation, quality projects, and commitment to our people.

About the role:

As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial maintenance contracts, leading crews in the field and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervise and support landscape maintenance crews across multiple sites
Plan and coordinate labour, equipment and resources
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
Mentor apprentices and junior team members
Ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently
Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules
Drive quality outcomes across all contracts

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial landscape maintenance
Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Current Driver's Licence
Construction White Card
Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded:

Experience managing council, school or developer maintenance contracts
MR or HR Licence
Trade qualification in Landscaping, Parks & Gardens or Horticulture
