About the role:
As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple commercial maintenance contracts, leading crews in the field and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and support landscape maintenance crews across multiple sites
- Plan and coordinate labour, equipment and resources
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence
- Mentor apprentices and junior team members
- Ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently
- Monitor project performance against budgets and schedules
- Drive quality outcomes across all contracts
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction White Card
- Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
Highly Regarded:
- Experience managing council, school or developer maintenance contracts
- MR or HR Licence
- Trade qualification in Landscaping, Parks & Gardens or Horticulture
