Our Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Leader to lead our Burleigh Heads dental centre .

This established 4-chair clinic has a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and significant opportunity for future growth. It's an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys building strong relationships, developing teams, and driving operational success.

You'll have the autonomy to make a genuine impact on the centre while being supported by an experienced Regional Leader and a wider national network.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Practice Manager, Centre Leader or healthcare leader from a dental or medical background who is looking to take ownership of a clinic and help unlock its full potential.

What you'll be doing

Leading the day-to-day operations of the centre
Managing team performance, rostering and workflow
Coordinating patient journeys and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
Supporting practitioners and clinical teams to deliver high-quality care
Monitoring centre performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
Partnering with your Regional Leader to drive centre success
