Reporting to the AU Director of Team Experience, this role focuses on promoting our company culture while providing operational leadership, guidance and coaching to leaders and team members across the business. Alongside day to day operations, the role supports key projects and initiatives across compliance, capability, systems, organisational change and team member experience.
We're looking for someone who likes to keep their finger on the pulse. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with leaders and team members across the full employee lifecycle, providing support across employee relations, performance management, compliance, workplace health and safety and broader people initiatives.
Alongside operational leadership, you'll play a key role in delivering Team Experience projects, supporting organisational change initiatives, improving systems and processes, and contributing to learning and capability programs across the business.

You bring a proactive and pragmatic approach, are comfortable managing competing priorities and can confidently move between strategic discussions and hands on execution.
Lead the HQ TX team, currently comprising of a TX Coordinator, Community Manager and Facilities Manager.
Deliver exceptional Team Experience support across all core people functions, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance.
Partner with leaders to support organisational change initiatives, providing guidance, stakeholder management and practical change support to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Lead and deliver Team Experience projects across people systems, compliance, employee experience and process improvement initiatives.
Support the design, implementation and evaluation of learning, leadership and capability development initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes and ways of working.
Provide advice, coaching and support on a broad range of employee relations and industrial relations matters, balancing commercial outcomes with a people first approach.
Oversee WHS ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Prepare people reporting, workforce analysis and insights as required.
Support the ongoing optimisation of HR technology platforms and people processes.
Partner with the Global TX team to deliver key people initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business priorities.
Maintain current knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments and best practice people initiatives.
Minimum 7+ years HR experience with at least 2+ in a leadership capacity.
Up to date knowledge of current ER, IR and WHS legislation, with experience interpreting and applying modern awards, including the GRIA, Clerks Award and Miscellaneous Award highly advantageous.
Strong people management skills with a proven track record of business partnership, personal development and coaching.
Experience leading projects and supporting organisational change initiatives.
Experience working with HRIS platforms. Rippling experience highly regarded!
Experience in learning and development, organisational capability or leadership development programs highly regarded.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility quickly at all levels of the organisation.
