Job Description
About the role
As an Amenities Attendant, you’ll be the quiet hero of the guest experience. While others see “just bathrooms and facilities”, you know this is where guests decide how clean, comfortable and cared for they feel.
What You'll do

Keep guest amenities (bathrooms, showers, laundry and common areas) clean, tidy and well stocked

Ensure all facilities are presented to a high standard throughout the day

Report maintenance issues promptly to keep everything in safe working order

Assist guests with basic queries about facilities and the property

Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to meet safety and cleanliness standards

Work closely with the wider team to make sure guests have a seamless, positive stay
No two days are exactly the same – some days are all about keeping ahead of the rush, others are about the details that make our guests say, “Wow, this place is spotless!”

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (handy, but not essential – we’ll show you the ropes)
As part of the role requirements, successful candidates will need to hold a current Working With Children Check.
