About the Role

As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the outstanding customer experience that Mazda is known for.

Your ability to build rapport, communicate confidently, and maintain exceptional attention to detail will help ensure every customer interaction reflects the Essendon Mazda standard.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers into the service department with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming phone enquiries and service bookings
Accurately record customer and vehicle information
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure seamless workflow
Communicate service progress, timelines, and updates to customers
Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming reception environment
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
