Werribee and Western Automotive Group is currently seeking enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Receptionists to join our growing team.
Full time position - Monday to Friday
As the first point of contact for our customers, suppliers and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our dealerships.

About the Role
Reporting to the Dealership Management Team, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers, visitors and suppliers with a warm and professional approach

Managing a busy multi-line telephone system and directing enquiries efficiently
-
Providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
-
Performing general administration, data entry and filing
-
Supporting various dealership departments with administrative tasks
-
Processing customer documentation accurately
-
Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming reception area
-
Assisting with other administrative duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous reception or administration experience within a professional environment
-
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
-
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organisational and time management abilities
-
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
-
Sound computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
-
A professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude
-
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
-
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable Skills
While not essential, experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

VicRoads.

ERA Power - DMS
-
Pentana dealership management systems
-
Previous experience within the automotive industry
