MyFirstGym Tweed is opening its doors this September, and we're looking for energetic, positive and passionate coaches to join our founding team we are building from teh ground up.

This isn't just another coaching job. You'll help build the culture, create unforgettable experiences for local families and play a huge role in launching one of Australia's fastest-growing kids' fitness brands into the Tweed community.

Our brand-new facility features four purpose-built arenas delivering gymnastics, ninja, strength, sports, dance and movement programs for children from babies through to teens.

What You'll Do

Deliver fun, energetic and engaging classes.
Inspire children to love movement and build confidence.
Create magical experiences that families can't wait to come back for.
Build great relationships with parents and members.
Help with birthday parties, school holiday programs and club events.
Work alongside an incredible team to create the best kids' fitness community in the region.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Positive, energetic and loves working with children.
Confident leading groups and communicating with families.
Reliable, professional and always willing to learn.
Passionate about health, fitness or child development.
A great team player who enjoys making a difference every day.

Experience in coaching, gymnastics, childcare, teaching, sport or fitness is fantastic, but personality and attitude matter most. We can teach the coaching. We want you to be part of our gym family.

Essential Requirements

Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Available to work afternoons and/or weekends.
Current First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
A genuine passion for helping children grow in confidence through movement.

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
