Are you a passionate female coach who wants to play a key role in helping young girls thrive in football?
At Football Star Academy our girls-only program is already underway and growing, and we’re looking for the right coach to help our current team take it to the next level.
This is your chance to step into a program that’s building something special — where girls develop skills, confidence, and a genuine love for the game in a positive, supportive environment.
The Role
You’ll be working within our existing girls program (ages 5–12), helping deliver structured, engaging sessions while creating an environment where every player feels included, encouraged, and excited to return each week.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Female coach with coaching or playing experience
✅ Positive, patient and encouraging with young players
✅ Past experience working with children
✅ Passion for growing girls’ participation in football
✅ Strong communication and leadership skills
✅ Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their role
✅ Willing to follow and deliver our structured sessions
✅ Own car and licence (essential)

When You’ll Work
- Sundays: 8.30am – 10:30am (Girls Program – St Kevin’s Catholic School, Benowa)
- Additional flexible hours available across:
- Afternoons (Mon–Fri 2.30pm - 4.30pm)
- Morning sessions (Mon-Fri 7.30am-8.30am)
- School programs & holiday clinics (8.30am-3pm on select days)
- School Incursions (8.30am-3pm on select days)
- Opportunity to add and grow additional sessions at our schools
What You’ll Get
- $30–$40/hour depending on experience
