CNC Operator – Join the Vibe Caravans Team

Vibe Caravans is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our production team in Melbourne. If you have experience operating CNC machinery and take pride in precision workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator at Vibe Caravans, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality caravan components and cabinetry. You’ll be responsible for operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring all parts are produced accurately and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC machinery for cutting and machining caravan components.
Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
Set up tooling, materials, and machine parameters for production runs.
Inspect finished components to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organised.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily manufacturing targets.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking or cabinetry experience highly regarded).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
