Join the Lone Star Rib House Family!

At Lone Star Rib House Toowoomba, we pride ourselves on good old-fashioned hospitality with a smile, impeccable food with "a taste that's bigger than Texas," and uniquely curated beverage menus. We're a high-volume Texan-themed restaurant looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Wait Staff to join our team.

The Role:

Deliver outstanding customer service with our signature Texan hospitality.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve meals and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Follow all food safety, RSA, and company procedures.

About You:

Friendly, energetic, and passionate about customer service.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
