About the Role
Burrito Bar Toowoomba is looking for motivated and reliable Crew Members to join our restaurant team.
As a Crew Member, you'll help deliver excellent customer service, prepare quality food, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This role is suited to people who enjoy working in a fast-paced team and take pride in providing a positive customer experience.
Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Prepare food and beverages in accordance with company procedures.
- Accurately take customer orders and operate the POS system.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Restock food, beverages, and packaging supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily service goals.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
- Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
About You

- Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Have good communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be available to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
