As Senior Advisor Talent Acquisition, you'll help build the workforce that supports communities across the Darling Downs. Your work will directly influence how teams grow, how care is delivered, and how candidates experience joining a regional health service that truly values people.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Shaping recruitment strategies that attract passionate people who want to make a difference in regional healthcare
Partnering with leaders to guide hiring decisions and solve workforce challenges with confidence and care
Leading improvements that make recruitment simpler, smarter, and more welcoming for candidates
Creating engaging attraction approaches that bring the organisation's story, values and community to life

You're someone who sees recruitment as more than filling roles , you see it as building a community. Strong experience in talent acquisition or HR advisory, ideally in complex or fast-paced environments
Confidence partnering with leaders, providing guidance and building trusted relationships

Capability to turn insights into practical strategies that deliver real results

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare or public sector settings, and/or formal qualifications in human resources.
