- Starting salary range from $69,870.09 p.a. (plus $12k pro rata cost of living allowance = $81,870.09), negotiable subject to experience. [pro-rata for part-time]

About the Position
We’re looking for two experienced and motivated Cleaners to join our Tom Price Facilities Team (1 x Full Time + 1 x Part Time).
These positions are suited to residents with their own accommodation and offer a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and wants to make a real impact in our community.
As part of our team, you'll ensure Shire buildings, facilities, and public amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll follow structured cleaning schedules, manage tasks efficiently, and assist with occasional additional duties. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will help us deliver high-quality services to the community.
This position is responsible for:
- Cleaning and maintaining Shire buildings, facilities, and public amenities to a high standard.
- Following scheduled cleaning programs and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
- Assisting with additional duties as required to support Facilities Services operations.
- Complying with WHS requirements, relevant legislation, and Shire policies.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in commercial or facilities cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety standards.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence (or above).
- A proactive and reliable approach to work with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
