About the Position
We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to coordinate cleaning operations across our Shire facilities and amenities.
This position is suited to local residents with their own accommodation, who have strong operational and people leadership skills and enjoy building capable teams, maintaining high service standards and making a positive contribution to their community.
As part of our Facilities and Property team, you will provide leadership and support to Cleaning Supervisors, coordinate resources and service delivery, and help ensure Shire facilities remain safe, clean and welcoming for residents, visitors and staff.
Regular travel to towns across the Shire will be required.
This position is responsible for:
- Leading and supporting Cleaning Supervisors across Shire locations.
- Coordinating cleaning operations, resources and service delivery activities.
- Monitoring service standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing workforce planning, scheduling and operational requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, relevant legislation and Shire policies.
- Supporting the delivery of safe, clean and welcoming facilities for our communities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading operational, cleaning, facilities or service delivery teams.
- Strong people leadership and staff development skills.
- Experience coordinating resources, workloads and service standards.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence.
