Junior Administration Assistant – Part Time

Cleaning Professionals Group Pty Ltd

Pay: $26–$27 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Employment: Part-Time | 20 hours per week

About the Role

Cleaning Professionals is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level position, so extensive office experience is not required. Full training will be provided.

This opportunity may suit a recent school leaver, university/TAFE student with suitable availability, or someone looking to start their career in administration.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming customer phone calls
Responding to emails and customer enquiries
Booking and rescheduling cleaning services
Updating customer and booking information
Communicating with cleaners regarding schedules and jobs
Following up customers when required
Basic invoicing and payment administration
Data entry and general office administration
Assisting the management team with daily administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has good spoken and written English
Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
Is friendly, professional and willing to learn
Has basic computer and email skills
Is organised and pays attention to detail
Can follow instructions and learn new systems
Is reliable and punctual
Can commit to Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Previous administration experience is not essential. Training will be provided.

Recent school leavers and students with suitable weekday availability are encouraged to apply.
