Joondalup Resort is part of the TenGolf Group, one of Western Australia’s leading and fastest-growing golf, hospitality, and wine businesses. As a Guest Service Agent & Night Auditor you will be delivering exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure and overnight. We are looking for someone with flexible availability and a passion for the Hospitality Industry. Training will be provided.

This is a Part-Time position offering 22.5 hours weekly (Saturday & Sunday are mandatory).

This role pay rate is based on the Hospitality Award Level 3 part-time.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year) within the Hotel Industry
Available to work shift work including Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Christmas & New Years period
Strong understanding of the Hotel Industry and Customer Service
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Immaculate grooming and professional image
An outgoing, vibrant personality with drive and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Previous experience with Hotel Management Software (such as Opera, RMS, Northstar etc.)
General knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel

Tasks & Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Check in and check out of the guests, including payment and assistance with luggage
Greeting and directing guests as the first point of contact for the Hotel
Taking and updating of reservations for accommodation
Handle incoming telephone calls
Assisting guests with special requests & general information
Responding to email enquiries and sending reports where required
Consolidating and filing receipts and paperwork as required
Create/Fill daily reports for Head of Departments
Balancing End of Day accounts
Rolling over the day

Schedule:

Afternoon/Day/Morning shift (flexible)
Overnight shift (minimum 2-nights required)
Rotating roster
Weekend availability (mandatory)
Public Holidays
