Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Ownership, you will play a key role in defining commercial strategy, driving revenue performance, identifying new opportunities, and influencing the direction of one of the region's leading hospitality assets.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, you'll be responsible for the commercial performance of the hotel across:

You'll lead an established Sales and Marketing team, partnering with Revenue, Operations and Finance to deliver sustainable growth, maximise profitability, and strengthen market share across all business segments.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, developing people, building partnerships, and turning ideas into results.
What You'll Be Responsible For

Developing and executing the hotel's commercial strategy.

Driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share.

Leading and developing high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.

Strengthening the market position of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, Terrigal Beach House, and Meribella.

Building strategic partnerships within the corporate, tourism, events, and local business communities.

Driving customer acquisition, retention, and direct demand.

Protecting and enhancing guest reputation and satisfaction outcomes.

Influencing key commercial decisions alongside the Executive Leadership Team.
About You
You are an experienced commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering results in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or a related industry.
