Hospitality Manager – Full time

Shepparton Golf Club Inc.

$80,000 – $85,000 per year + super | Full-time (38 Hours a week)

The Shepparton Golf Club is a licensed club venue seeking a passionate and talented Hospitality Manager to join our dynamic team. Set among beautifully maintained greens and a welcoming community atmosphere, our club is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences for members, guests, and event clientele.

About the Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will play a key leadership role in our Food & Beverage area—supporting the General manager in day-to-day operations, The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the venue.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and supervising bar, bistro and function services
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and support staff.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Monitor staffing levels, rosters, and labour costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality.
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and achieving financial targets.
Support marketing initiatives and special events.

About You

Previous experience in a hospitality leadership role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Diploma of Hospitality management or equivalent.
