About the Role

As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will support clients in their homes and community by:

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with social and community engagement
Supporting daily living activities
Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns
Maintaining clear and detailed case notes
Building trusting relationships with clients and families

Essential Requirements

Current Federal Police Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Certificate III in Ageing Support, Individual Support, or Community Care
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Comprehensive car insurance
