As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our energy comparison website delivers accurate, compliant and customer-friendly experiences. Working closely with the Product & Pricing team and IT delivery teams, you'll support product and pricing updates, testing activities, issue investigation and customer feedback processes while helping drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

Complete daily checks of the live energy comparison website and supporting systems, monitoring dashboards and alerts and escalating issues as required.

Investigate unexpected changes in key performance metrics and gather information to support issue resolution.

Support product and pricing updates by coordinating information, validating requirements and testing changes before release.

Maintain accurate process documentation, test records and operational guides.

Respond to customer enquiries relating to energy sales, website functionality and feedback submissions, providing clear and unbiased information.

Analyse and categorise customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service improvements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support compliance, operational effectiveness and customer experience outcomes.

2+ years' experience in a Product Coordinator, Product Analyst or similar role
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks

Ability to investigate issues, analyse information and support problem-solving activities

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
