- RN/M1 $77,824 to $106,187 p.a.
- RN/M2C $90,913 to $114,917 p.a.
This position is multi‑classed as either RN/M1 or RN/M2C and the appointment classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

Working across community, acute and rehabilitation settings, you will help consumers achieve better outcomes through a mix of early intervention, therapeutic care, group programs, and health promotion initiatives—all tailored to meet the needs of individuals, families and the wider community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Deliver proficient, person-centred nursing care and/or case management in mental health settings, ensuring care plans are effectively implemented and monitored.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including risk assessment, safety planning, and timely escalation of clinical concerns in collaboration with the MDT.
Ensure safe medication management, including administration of psychotropic medications, monitoring of therapeutic response and side effects, and adherence to relevant mental health legislation, policies, and documentation standards.
- Support and coordinate nursing and multidisciplinary service delivery within a team or unit, assisting with operational problem-solving and consumer flow.
- Provide leadership within the nursing team, including mentoring, clinical guidance, and supporting less experienced staff and students.
- Contribute to education, training, and a positive learning culture through clinical teaching, supervision, and supporting professional development.
- Participate in quality improvement activities including clinical audits, evaluation, and evidence-based practice to improve consumer outcomes.
