ABOUT US
Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty is a nurse-led cosmetic injectables and skin clinic in Penrith, Western Sydney, built on 13+ years of aesthetic nursing experience and a clinical philosophy that puts genuine client relationships at the centre of everything we do. We operate across three arms — Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty (clinic), Lilly Luxe Lab, and Lilly Aesthetic Academy (our education arm for nurses and beauty therapists) — and we're known locally for treating clients holistically, not transactionally.
Our team is close-knit and multidisciplinary — registered nurses, beauty therapists, and a front-of-house lead who also offers energy healing and massage. We believe strong clinics are built on strong people: self-led team members who take ownership of their craft, support each other, and never stop learning.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Casual Cosmetic Nurse to join our clinical team. This role suits a nurse who wants to grow within a genuinely supportive, high-standard clinic — someone who treats every client as a whole person, not a treatment area, and who's excited to build their skills, their confidence, and their own client following over time.
You'll work alongside our Senior RN, Beauty & Wellness Team and Clinic Owner in a hands-on, mentorship-rich environment, with real opportunities to grow into more responsibility, more shifts, and — for the right person — a genuine long-term home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, and related services) safely and within your scope of practice
— Conduct thorough, holistic client consultations — understanding not just the treatment area, but the client's goals, concerns, and overall wellbeing
— Follow Lilly's structured consultation framework to ensure every client receives a consistent, premium experience
— Maintain meticulous clinical records, consent documentation, and infection control standards
— Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients that support retention and rebooking — not just single-visit sales
— Work collaboratively with reception, beauty therapists, and front of house to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic flow
— Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and clinical case discussions
— Support and be supported by the team on high-volume or complex clinic days
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Clinical Foundations
— Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with at least basic training in cosmetic injectables, including completed practical/hands-on training
— 6+ months' industry experience preferred — but not essential. If your fundamentals are solid, we invest in you with structured in-house training and mentoring
— A genuine understanding of facial anatomy, safety, and complication awareness, with the judgement to know when to ask for support
Leadership & Self-Leadership
— A self-starter who takes ownership of their own performance, development, and client outcomes without needing to be micromanaged
— Someone who leads by example on the floor — in punctuality, presentation, client care, and team support — regardless of formal title
— Open to feedback and coaching, and equally comfortable offering constructive input to teammates
— Ambition to grow into greater responsibility over time, whether that's mentoring newer team members, taking on more complex treatments, or contributing to Lilly Aesthetic Academy
Team & Client Approach
— Works genuinely well within a diverse, multidisciplinary team — nurses, beauty therapists, and holistic practitioners alike — with warmth and respect for different skill sets and approaches
— Treats every client holistically — considering their skin, their confidence, and their broader wellbeing, not just the procedure booked
— Warm, professional, and emotionally intelligent communication style that builds trust quickly
— Comfortable and confident with an active, in-person client base — Lilly is a relationship-first clinic, not a volume mill
Growth Mindset & Industry Involvement
— A genuine passion for the science of aesthetics — ingredients, mechanisms, and technique — and a hunger to keep learning
— Willing and enthusiastic to attend industry events, conferences, and training days to stay current and bring new knowledge back to the team
— Open-minded about new techniques, products, and ways of doing things — flexible rather than set in their ways
— Actively seeks out feedback and self-improvement opportunities, and enjoys being part of a team that pushes each other to get better
Social Media & Content
— Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to our social media presence, including short-form video (TikTok/Reels-style) content
— Willing to learn basic filming and editing (CapCut/Canva), or already confident doing so
— Understands that visibility and personal brand are part of modern aesthetic nursing, and is happy to be a face of Lilly Cosmetic & Beauty online, within our brand guidelines
— Open to content collaboration with Michael (editing/scheduling) and the wider team as part of our content stacking approach
Personal Qualities
— Reliable, communicative, and proactive — someone who flags issues early rather than letting them become problems
— Calm under pressure, especially on busy clinic days or when supporting a nervous client
— Takes pride in presentation and represents the Lilly brand professionally at all times
— Genuinely kind — this is a non-negotiable at Lilly. Technical skill matters, but how you make clients and teammates feel matters just as much
SHIFTS REQUIRED
This is a casual position. Core shifts required are:
— Thursday — late shift
— Saturday
With the strong likelihood of additional shifts being added as your books grow:
— Wednesday (late) — likely to be added
— Friday — likely to be added
We're upfront that shift availability will grow with demand — the more established you become with our clients, the more consistent and plentiful your hours will be. This is a genuine growth opportunity, not a fixed part-time role with a ceiling.
WHAT LILLY OFFERS YOU
— A warm, tight-knit team culture where your growth is genuinely invested in, not just talked about
— Hands-on mentoring from a Clinic Owner with 13+ years' aesthetic nursing experience
— In-house training across injectables and complementary in-clinic treatments, so your skill set grows well beyond your starting point
— A pathway into more advanced techniques, more responsibility, and potentially into Lilly Aesthetic Academy as a contributor or facilitator
— A clinic that treats clients — and team members — as whole people, not numbers
— Support to attend industry events and training as part of your ongoing development
