Zen Medispa is a modern cosmetic and skin clinic dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based aesthetic treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our team in a dual skin treatments and front desk support role.
About the Role
This position combines advanced dermal therapy with patient coordination and reception duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting skin consultations and developing personalised treatment plans.
- Performing advanced skin treatments including skin needling, chemical peels, Herbal Aktiv Peels, LED, IPL/laser and other energy-based treatments (experience with Fotona, Morpheus8, Ultherapy, Thermage or similar is advantageous).
- Recommending home care, including Dr Spiller or Dermaceautic skincare range.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and photography.
- Welcoming patients, managing appointments, processing payments and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Dermal Therapy or Beauty Therapy qualification.
- Has experience performing advanced skin treatments.
- Speaks Chinese - Mandarin Fluently
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, reliable and professional.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
- Has experience with HIFU (Ultraformer, Ultherapy), non surgical devices such as Thermage, Morpheus 8, Herbal Aktiv Peels and Dr Spiller skincare (highly regarded, training can be organised for the right candidate).
