This is where you step into a key site leadership role. At Built, you’ll take ownership of your work zone on large-scale data centre projects in Marsden Park — leading teams on the ground and playing a critical role in delivering highly technical builds.

The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex data centre projects through the structure and build phases, coordinating trades, driving program outcomes and ensuring work is delivered safely to the highest standard. We're particularly interested in Supervisors who have delivered large-scale commercial projects and bring experience working within established construction systems and processes.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and supervise daily site activities within your allocated area
Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards
Drive site safety and compliance, supporting a strong safety culture
Lead subcontractors and trades to maintain programme and sequencing
Maintain site documentation and track progress against key milestones

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership presence on site and knows how to keep teams aligned and productive.

You will bring:

A trade background (carpentry, formwork or similar highly regarded), additional construction qualifications advantageous
Experience supervising structural works on commercial construction projects, including concrete, steel and major building structures
Previous experience working with tier 1/2 or equivalent commercial builders
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, program management and coordination of trades
Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, HSE requirements and quality processes
Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors on site
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
