Full Job Description

As a leader in premium, high-quality food products, supplying top-tier retailers and foodservice providers across Australia. We’re on the lookout for a F&B Brand Manager to elevate our brand presence, drive sales, and manage key retail relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketing & Brand Strategy for Food & Beverage

Brand Strategy & Growth – Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns for the Australian food and beverage market, ensuring alignment with F&B’s brand guidelines and emphasizing product quality and artisanality.

Retail & Foodservice Partnerships – Strengthen relationships with major retailers and key stakeholders in the Australian foodservice sector to optimise brand positioning and distribution.

Sales & Performance – Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to boost product visibility, market penetration, and consumer engagement.

Product Development & Launches – Collaborate with internal teams to bring new products to market, ensuring seamless execution and effective promotion.

Market Insights & Research – Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements, conducting research to identify opportunities and develop strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives.

Digital & Media Strategy – Lead digital media projects to enhance product visibility, track online activity, analyse consumer patterns, and optimise future campaigns.

Marketing Performance & Reporting – Prepare regular reports on marketing initiatives’ effectiveness, focusing on market penetration, distribution success, and overall impact.

Project Management – Oversee multiple marketing and distribution projects, managing financial aspects, scheduling, and ensuring timely execution.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in marketing, including both traditional and digital strategies, brand management, retail, or FMCG sales. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with a passion for brand growth and market expansion. Deep enthusiasm for the food industry and a keen ability to identify emerging trends. Self-motivated and capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business and at least two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role within the F&B industry.
