ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We are a community of young and motivated tutors. We believe in the power of motivating students which has yielded exceptional results across all our students! Success Tutoring is a community with multiple locations. Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12.

ROLE

Support, mentor and educate students from K-12 in English and Maths.
Specialise in one or more senior subjects.
Fill in reports on students and track student results.
Mark daily attendance
Send out weekly homework for students.
Communicate with parents/ guardians about student performance & results.
Manage student behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement and redirection.
Attend termly meetings.
Occasionally prepare engaging social media content (e.g., study tips, educational videos, subject-related posts) to promote learning and enhance student engagement online.
