ABOUT THE BUSINESS
We are a community of young and motivated tutors. We believe in the power of motivating students which has yielded exceptional results across all our students! Success Tutoring is a community with multiple locations. Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12.
ROLE
- Support, mentor and educate students from K-12 in English and Maths.
- Specialise in one or more senior subjects.
- Fill in reports on students and track student results.
- Mark daily attendance
- Send out weekly homework for students.
- Communicate with parents/ guardians about student performance & results.
- Manage student behaviour effectively using positive reinforcement and redirection.
- Attend termly meetings.
- Occasionally prepare engaging social media content (e.g., study tips, educational videos, subject-related posts) to promote learning and enhance student engagement online.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Must be undergoing or completing a bachelor degree at university
- Received adequate results during year 12
- Able to commit for at least an year to this job
- Able to work on weekends and after school hours on weekdays
