Position Overview
It's an exciting time to join EVT as we continue to grow our luxury hotels and resorts portfolio. As Brand Manager, you'll lead the brand strategy for QT Hotels & Resorts, EVT’s award-winning, premium lifestyle brand, with locations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You’ll also play a key role in growing and delivering EVT's broader luxury hotels portfolio, working closely with the Head of Marketing to turn brand strategy into commercial results.
This is a role for an innovative leader who pushes boundaries, changes the game and never stands still. Someone who loves the mix of big-picture brand thinking and hands-on delivery: brand development, campaigns, partnerships and digital marketing, all in service of a distinctly premium guest experience. You'll also play a part in EVT's internal communications for the luxury brands you manage, helping connect the dots between brand, marketing and the wider business.

Responsibilities
- Co-create and drive brand strategy, planning and campaign delivery for QT Hotels & Resorts and EVT's luxury hotel experiences, working closely with the Head of Marketing.
- Partner with hotel teams to bring luxury brand standards to life consistently across digital, physical and emerging customer touchpoints.
- Lead and support delivery of strategic initiatives, including luxury hotel openings, refurbishments, repositioning projects and brand development.
- Build and develop campaigns and partnerships that drive commercial performance across accommodation, F&B, conferencing and events, and loyalty within the luxury segment.
- Shape premium customer journeys and brand experience across websites, app, social and emerging platforms.
- Support digital and search optimisation, keeping the luxury brand presence accurate and discoverable as customer channels evolve.
- Contribute to luxury gifting products and help commercialise QT and luxury resort marketing services.
- Work with Group Communications to build brand storytelling for the luxury portfolio across owned, earned, paid and internal channels.
- Where applicable, build and lead a high performing team.
Experience
- 5-10 years' experience in brand and partnerships, ideally within luxury, premium hospitality or lifestyle brands, with a relevant tertiary qualification.
- A track record of translating brand and marketing strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence across a large, complex business.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, website management and customer experience.
- Experience developing and launching new products and services.
- Strong analytical and commercial instincts, backed by an eye for customer and market insight.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- A creative mindset with sharp attention to detail.
