We're looking for ambitious, coachable people to join our Entry Level Sales Program. You'll start as a Lead Generator, earning $150–$300 per day (paid daily) working just 4 hours, while learning the fundamentals of the solar industry and professional sales.

Every member of our sales team starts in lead generation. It's where you'll develop confidence, communication skills, and product knowledge before progressing into high-ticket closing.

Our experienced Solar Consultants earn $1,000–$10,000+ per sale and have the flexibility to work from virtually anywhere in the world. We teach you everything from the ground up—no previous experience required.

If you're motivated, willing to learn, and ready to invest in yourself, this could become much more than a job—it could be the start of a highly rewarding sales career.

# Your Role

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll:

- Generate qualified leads for our Solar Consultants.
- Speak with homeowners and identify potential interest in solar solutions.
- Learn the fundamentals of residential solar.
- Develop communication and objection-handling skills.
- Receive daily coaching and mentorship.
- Build the foundation required to become a High-Ticket Solar Sales Consultant.

No previous sales or solar experience is required. We provide all training.

Our High-Ticket Solar Consultants regularly earn $1,000–$10,000+ per sale, with the flexibility to build a career that can be operated from almost anywhere in the world.

The Sales Academy requires additional commitment, training, and performance standards. Those who put in the work gain access to one of the most valuable income-producing skills available.
