A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join the electrical delivery of one of Sydney’s most ambitious private residential builds — a large-scale, architecturally significant home in Sydney’s Lower North Shore with a scope, budget, and finish level rarely seen on the open market.
The project is well underway and we’re looking for the right person to come in and drive the electrical package through to completion. Due to the profile of the project and client, we’re keeping specifics off the open market. What we can tell you is that this role offers genuine career stability and the finished result will be a real career highlight.
The Role:
You’ll run the electrical package on the ground — managing labour, coordinating with the project team and other trades, and holding the quality bar across a complex, large-scale fit-out. This is hands-on leadership: you’ll be the one making sure the work is set out properly, sequenced correctly, and finished to a standard that matches the rest of the build.
What you'll be working across:
- Full residential electrical fit-out at a scale closer to commercial than typical domestic
- High-end architectural lighting with tight tolerances and bespoke fittings
- Extensive power, data, and low-voltage infrastructure
- Integration with smart home, AV, security, and building management systems
- Coordination with multiple specialist trades and consultants
What we're looking for:
- A-Grade Electrical Licence (NSW) and current qualifications in good standing
- Proven foreman-level experience on high-end residential or premium commercial fit-outs
- Ability to read and work from detailed architectural and services documentation
- Excellent set-out, sequencing, and quality control standards
- Calm, professional manner — you’ll be on site with the client’s wider team and discretion matters
- Australian working rights and clean police check (required for the site)
What's on offer:
- Above-market salary package, negotiable on experience
- Long-term security and follow-on work
- A finished project you’ll point to for the rest of your career
- Small, capable team with direct access to decision-makers
