Prowire Group is looking for a motivated 4th Year Electrical Apprentice or Qualified Electrician to join our Sydney-based team.
Our work covers a broad range of electrical sectors, including:
● Commercial and industrial electrical
● Residential construction and maintenance
● Level 2 ASP works
● Switchboards and metering
● Dry fire
● General service and maintenance
With an established client base and a strong pipeline of current and upcoming projects, we are looking for someone who wants to continue developing their skills and become a well-rounded, highly capable tradesperson.
Because our work is so varied, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across different areas of the industry and further develop in the areas that interest you most.
For the right person, there is also a genuine long-term pathway towards becoming a Leading Hand, Foreman or Project Manager as Prowire Group continues to grow.

What We Need From You
● 4th Year Electrical Apprentice or Qualified Electrical Tradesperson
● For qualified applicants – current NSW Electrical Licence
● For apprentice applicants – currently completing a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and progressing through the 4th year of your apprenticeship
● Current Australian driver’s licence
● Experience in electrical construction and/or maintenance
● Strong willingness to learn and develop
● Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills appropriate to your level of experience
● Reliable, honest and professional
● Take pride in producing quality workmanship
● Good communication and customer service skills
● Able to work well independently where appropriate and as part of a team
● Ambition to take on greater responsibility as your skills and career develop
Experience in Level 2 ASP, commercial, industrial, switchboard, metering or dry fire works would be highly regarded but is not essential.
More importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and desire to develop their career.
