We're seeking a Senior Creator & Influencer Manager to join our growing Jack Nimble team in Sydney!

Position Description

As a Senior Creator & Influencer Manager, you'll join Nimble Creators, the fastest-growing product within Jack Nimble, redefining how brands collaborate with creators.

At Jack Nimble Creators, we believe in treating creators as an extension of our team, combining their authentic style with our deep understanding of brand objectives to deliver exceptional results.

This role goes beyond traditional influencer marketing. You'll lead the charge in identifying and managing creator partnerships, driving bold, social-first content strategies, and inspiring the team to embrace a creator-led mindset. With over 100 successful creator partnerships, Nimble Creators has worked with brands like Spotify, Domino's, Netflix, and American Express, achieving exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Research and identify creators/influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand values.
Build and maintain relationships with creators to foster collaboration and trust throughout campaigns.
Negotiate talent contracts, ensuring favourable terms and adherence to campaign objectives.
Write compelling briefs and guidelines to inspire creators and align their work with campaign goals.
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualise innovative, platform-specific content strategies.
Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including content approvals, scheduling, and reporting.
Stay up to date with social media trends and creator economy developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
Analyse campaign performance using data tools to extract insights.
Champion creators internally, inspiring the team to adopt a creator-led approach in their thinking and strategies.
Self-motivated and action-oriented, embodying Jack Nimble's values of bold creativity, collaboration, and making every second count.
Manage and support junior campaign team members.

Skills

Is a confident communicator, adept at building strong relationships with creators.
Is highly skilled in negotiating contracts and managing deliverables with talent.
Has a strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and creator economy trends.
Is highly organised, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Has a deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behaviors.
Is a creative thinker, consistently generating fresh ideas to keep campaigns innovative and engaging.

Is adaptable and proactive, excelling in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
