We're looking for an Influencer Manager to join our Marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis at our North Sydney Head Office. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our influencer marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Working collaboratively across Brand, Social, PR and Digital, you'll build authentic creator partnerships that strengthen brand awareness, engage our communities and deliver measurable commercial results.

How You'll Make an Impact

Partner with the leadership team to develop and evolve the influencer marketing strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Identify, recruit and nurture long-term relationships with creators, influencers, ambassadors and key opinion leaders who align with the Laser Clinics Group brand.

Develop and execute integrated influencer campaigns that support brand, product, clinic and commercial objectives.

Source new creator opportunities, emerging talent and cultural trends that keep our brand at the forefront of the beauty industry.

Negotiate partnerships, campaign deliverables and commercial agreements with influencers and agencies.

Collaborate closely with Brand, Social Media, PR, Digital, Creative and Clinic teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Manage influencer gifting, paid partnerships, ambassador programs and event activations.

Track campaign performance using data and insights, providing recommendations to optimise future activity and maximise ROI.

Build strong relationships with talent agencies and industry partners.

Ensure all influencer activity aligns with brand guidelines, legal requirements and advertising standards.

Continuously improve influencer processes, reporting and campaign effectiveness while identifying opportunities to innovate.
What You'll Bring to the Team

Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing or talent management within a consumer-facing brand or agency.

Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Demonstrated success delivering influencer campaigns that build engagement, brand awareness and commercial outcomes.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to negotiate partnerships.

Strong commercial mindset with experience managing campaign budgets and measuring ROI.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into future recommendations.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Passion for beauty, aesthetics, lifestyle or wellness brands is highly regarded.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline (desirable).
