Tutor Victory is seeking highly accomplished and dedicated HSC/High School Private Tutors in the Hills District Area to deliver exceptional, individualized academic support to students across Sydney. We specialize in helping students secure their academic victory, focusing on the rigorous NSW Syllabus and preparation for key examinations.

As a Tutor Victory private tutor, you will be expected to:
- Deliver Expert Instruction: Provide tailored one-on-one or small group tutoring in your specialist subject(s) (e.g., HSC Maths, English Advanced, Physics) in line with the NSW curriculum and HSC exam expectations.
- Offer Flexible Support: Conduct sessions both In-Person (travelling to student homes or libraries across Sydney) and Online (via Microsoft Teams using an interactive digital whiteboard).
- Develop Personalised Plans: Evaluate student capability, create customized lesson plans, and track progress using weekly check-ins and formal progress reports.
- Provide Comprehensive Mentorship: Go beyond core content by offering academic coaching, helping students develop essential lifelong skills, discipline, and resilience.
- Utilise Digital Resources:
- Record online sessions to allow students and parents to revisit content.
- Actively contribute to and utilize the exclusive Resource Hub (notes, formula sheets, practice exams).
- Offer 24/7 Assistance: Provide round-the-clock support for student questions, homework help, and urgent exam preparation, fostering continuous learning.
Candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
- Academic Excellence: Achieve a minimum 90+ ATAR and a Band 6 (or equivalent high distinction/result) in the specific subject(s) you intend to tutor.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Deep familiarity and expert understanding of the NSW Syllabus requirements for your specialist level (Primary, Year 7-10, or HSC).
- Safety Certification: Possess a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring students, preferably with high school students or test preparation (HSC, NAPLAN, OC, Selective).
- Technology & Logistics:
- Reliable availability for in-person sessions across Sydney suburbs.
- A stable internet connection and professional setup for online sessions via Microsoft Teams.
