Position Summary

We are seeking a poised and professional Spa Attendant (Part-time) to join our esteemed team at our luxury Auriga Spa. The Spa Attendant facilitates the daily cleanliness maintenance of the Spa & Wellness facilities. The individual is responsible for tracking inventory supplies and replacing guests’ amenities

The Role

Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, comfort and condition through frequent inspection and cleaning of the Spa & Wellness facilities, especially in reception area and treatment rooms.
Assist therapists and beautician in preparation of treatment sessions by ensuring that all guest amenities, treatment supplies such as bathrobes and linens are replenished.
Conduct turnover of treatment rooms for the next appointment.
Assist guest in the orientation and use of the spa facilities. Be familiar with the department’s standard operating procedures and hotel policies.
Assist guests in providing information and addressing inquiries relating to Spa Menu and or resort facilities.
Provide guests with directions and escort them to their destination.
Regularly attend, participate in and support training and colleague meetings for the spa.

Talent Profile

General Education Certification/Diploma.
Experiences as spa attendant in 5-star spa establishment / resort.
Good communicator with personable character and a passion in guest relations management.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of Spa offerings.
Trained in CPR and First Aid are advantageous.
Valid working rights in Australia.
