Full Job Description

The Role

RECOVR is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our mobile team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering premium IV nutrient therapy directly to our clients' homes and offices. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, executing precise clinical protocols and mixing under the remote direction of our Nurse Practitioner.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Execution: Perform peripheral IV cannulation and administration with a focus on client comfort and safety.
Standing Orders: Independently follow and execute formal Standing Orders and clinical directions provided by our NP for every consultation.
Therapeutic Mixing: Precisely mix and prepare IV nutrient formulations (vitamins, minerals) on-site according to patient-specific scripts.
Patient Monitoring: Conduct pre-infusion health screenings, monitor vitals throughout the session, and manage post-infusion observation.
Professional Discretion: Maintain the highest level of privacy and discretion while operating in the private residences and offices of our clientele.

Mandatory Requirements

AHPRA Registration: Current, active registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Clinical Experience: Minimum 2+ years with a high level of proficiency in cannulation.
Standing Order Proficiency: Experience working under medical Standing Orders or delegated clinical protocols.
Mixing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the sterile mixing and preparation of IV therapeutic fluids.
Insurance & Business Setup: Active Professional insurance and a valid ABN for contract-based billing.
Mobile Ready: A valid NSW Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle to attend call-outs across the Sydney metro area.
