Responsibilities

About the Team
TikTok's Business Marketing Team empowers brands of all sizes to connect with, and convert their audiences using TikTok's full funnel product solutions and creative solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Head of Global Business Marketing (AUNZ) to develop the annual AUNZ Business Marketing strategy, ensuring clear integration with broader business revenue and product adoption objectives and goals.
Own and execute strategic projects and marketing initiatives end-to-end including events, 3P Partnerships, webinars, and more.
Lead analytics, reporting and measurement of all marketing activities to track results, and optimise plans at speed based on data-led insights - collaborating closely with Regional Strategy & Operations, and cross functional teams.
Lead the holistic operations and budgets of Global Business Marketing AUNZ
Problem solve strategic and operational challenges by clearly defining requirements and developing and rolling out solutions, working with cross-functional partners as needed e.g. Corporate Strategy, Finance, Procurement, Sales Teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

5 years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Strategy.
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, implemented in a cross-functional role collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies. A team player and collaborator, with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking and problem solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with excellence.

Preferred Qualification(s):

Experience working in a revenue-driving function including B2B Marketing, Corporate Strategy and/or Sales.
Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
Understanding of international business and culture.
