Brief
As part our team's rapid and organic growth we are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and motivated Associate and Senior Associate to join our dynamic and collaborative Employment & Incentives team in Sydney. As part of a global team, you will work closely with partners, senior and junior team members to provide expert and practical legal advice and representation on workplace-related matters, both litigious and transactional, and advise our clients to manage employment, industrial and safety risks.

About you

You will need to be an Australian-qualified lawyer, with four to eight years post-qualification experience gained in private practice, along with the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in employment law
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities within tight timeframes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences (both internal and external)
- Collegiate and collaborative, with the ability to lead, mentor and support other team members
- Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced high-performing team
