About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Housekeeping Site Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a prestigious five-star hotel in Pyrmont.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional looking to take the next step in their career and make a lasting impact on team performance and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily housekeeping operation and maintain exceptional cleaning standards
Coordinate onboarding, training and development of new team members
Coach, mentor and support team members to achieve high performance
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
Manage room allocations, staffing levels and daily team briefings
Monitor stock levels of linen, guest amenities and housekeeping supplies
Complete daily administration including room counts, timesheets and reporting
Liaise effectively with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations
Utilise Opera, Knowcross and FBM systems to manage daily operations
Ensure guest rooms, corridors and public areas consistently meet brand and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in a Housekeeping Site Supervisor role within a hotel environment
Full Australian working rights are essential
Passion for housekeeping and building high-performing teams
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Experience with Opera, Knowcross or similar hotel management systems
Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts as required
