Join Nestlé Professional as our National Sales Coordinator and become the engine behind a high-performing national sales team. Working alongside senior commercial leaders, you'll help drive growth by streamlining processes, improving workflows, leveraging AI and automation, and supporting key customer initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain exposure to national sales operations, commercial strategy and digital transformation while making a real impact from day one.

A day in the Life…

You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced national sales team, helping drive growth through smarter processes, technology and commercial execution.

Streamline sales processes and champion AI, automation and smarter ways of working.
Support high-impact customer initiatives, commercial projects and growth opportunities across the business.
Coordinate tenders, contracts and business opportunities, ensuring projects stay on track.
Play a key role in our beverage solutions business, supporting customer workflows, contracts and renewals.
Turn data into action through reporting, CRM management and insights that support better business decisions.
Partner across the business, collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and other teams to deliver great customer outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas and leveraging technology to help the Sales team operate more efficiently.

What will make you successful:

We're looking for someone who's organised, curious and excited by the opportunity to grow their career in Sales.

A recent graduate or early-career professional with experience in sales support, coordination or administration roles
A strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines with confidence.
Proficient in Microsoft 365, with confidence working with data & reporting.
Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to work smarter and drive efficiency.
Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools or Power BI is highly regarded.
A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes, embracing technology and finding better ways of working.
Exposure to tenders, contracts or customer-facing commercial processes is advantageous.
