Salary: $82,500 per annum plus superannuation
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
Location: Bankstown, NSW

Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College is a small, specialist registered training organisation delivering nationally recognised beauty, nail and hair courses in Bankstown.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the College.

As part of a small team, you will be responsible for a broad range of functions including RTO compliance, student administration, IT systems management, stock and inventory control, billing, marketing support and general office management.

This is not a role where you manage one function. You will move across compliance paperwork, student records, IT systems, equipment and stock, model scheduling, billing, correspondence and whatever else the day requires. If you thrive in a varied, hands-on environment where no two days look the same, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage RTO compliance documentation, including ASQA requirements and government funding acquittals
Maintain student records, enrolment documentation and reporting
Manage and maintain IT systems, databases and student management platforms
Oversee stock and inventory management, including beauty supplies and equipment with specific storage and handling requirements
Coordinate model scheduling for student practical training sessions
Handle billing, invoicing, insurance administration and general financial record-keeping
Support marketing activities, student engagement and sales enquiries
Manage general correspondence, communications and day-to-day office operations
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Tertiary qualification in business administration, information technology or a related field
Experience managing IT systems, databases or management platforms
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory and compliance documentation
Experience in stock and inventory management, including products with specific storage, handling and workplace safety requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and prepare formal and regulatory documents
Ability to work independently across multiple functions within a small team environment

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Familiarity with beauty and cosmetic supplies, brands and industry-standard products
Experience in an education or training environment, particularly within the VET sector
Vietnamese or Chinese language skills
Experience with RTO compliance, ASQA standards or government-funded training programs
